All persons attending the Driving Experience (including drivers and their guests) are subject to these listed Terms and Conditions below.
- All drivers are required to sign The Melbourne Rally Drifting Wavier & Liability form before
participating. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian will be required to sign
waiver on your behalf on the day.
- A minimum age of 16 is required to drive the cars.
- Gift vouchers are valid of 6 months from date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash.
They may be transferred to another driver at no extra charge.
The participant or a bearer of a gift voucher must give a minimum of 14 days notice of cancellation/rescheduling of any booked appointment.
Failure to do so will result in a 25% rebooking fee.
- We DO NOT refund or RESCHEDULE for no shows. Not attending at the scheduled date and time will mean 100% forfeiting of the entire experience.
- Melbourne Rally Drifting reserves the right the change Pricing, Session times and dates without notice. We will work with you to reschedule your drive for another day.
- Melbourne Rally Drifting can operate in most weather conditions. In the case of extreme weather where we cannot complete your drive we will reschedule you for another date and time.
We do not give refunds in the case of bad weather, however we will reschedule you.
- In the unlikely event of mechanical or operational issues where you cannot complete your drive on the day booked we will reschedule you to another day suitable to you. We do not offer refunds as a result of mechanical or operational issues.
- For participants, thongs or singlets are not permitted to be worn in the cars. A top with sleeves (e.g. t- shirt, polo shirt) and closed in footwear (e.g. trainers, sand shoes, runners or boots) must be worn. You will not be permitted to participate without the correct clothing and footwear.
- Neither Drugs or Alcohol are permitted or tolerated on the premises. Anybody found to be under the influence of these substances will be asked to leave or be escorted off the premises immediately.
- Pets are not permitted on the premises (Guide Dogs accepted).
- Children are your responsibility. They must remain with you at all times.
- For everyone’s safety, the participant must advise us of any medical condition and/or allergies that could affect them during their time with us.

If the condition/allergy is of a serious nature that could be a safety risk, please notify us within seven (7) days of purchase for a full refund (detailed medical certificate required). After this time there will be no refunds. However, the Gift Certificate is transferable to another appropriate participant.
